Bob Gomes
Chief Executive Officer
Bob joined Community Medical Center in 2021. Prior to joining Community, he served as CEO for Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona. He has served in several executive leadership roles for other healthcare organizations, including as president of St. Charles Bend and Redmond hospitals, part of St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon; CEO of St. Charles Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Prineville, Oregon; and vice president of physician services of St. Peter’s Hospital in Helena, Montana, among others. Prior to his career in healthcare administration, Bob served in the United States Air Force, where he retired as a healthcare administrator and held roles in various facilities both stateside and in Europe. Most notably, he was assigned as a healthcare consultant for the office of the Air Force Surgeon General, directing over 80 hospitals and clinics worldwide.
Bob earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Barb Jones, RN, BSN, MBA, MSS, MA, NEA-BC
Interim Chief Nursing Officer
Barb brings a wealth of nursing and leadership experience having served in the U.S. Air Force with three combat-related deployments and 30 years of experience at nearly every level of the US Air Force Medical Service's corporate enterprise. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aurora University, Master of Business Administration from Webster University, Master of Strategic Studies from Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base and Master of Arts in Wellness Management from Ball State University.

Sandee Mahoney
Chief Financial Officer
Sandee Mahoney joined Community Medical Center in 2014 after holding various leadership roles in healthcare finance in Montana and Eastern Washington. She is responsible for accounting, materials management and revenue cycle operations, including patient billing, coding and care management. A native Montanan, Sandee grew up in Great Falls, and holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from Carroll College and is Certified Public Accountant.

Jim Gillhouse
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Gillhouse joined Community Medical Center in 2016 after holding leadership roles in physician services / practice management at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. He is a responsible for hospital strategic and operational leadership. Gillhouse grew up in Ronan and played college basketball for Concordia College in Moorhead, MN where he was a leading scorer and team captain. He holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Concordia College and an MBA from The University of Montana.

Hollie Nagel, MSN, RNC, CPPS
Associate Chief Nursing Officer
Hollie Nagel joined Community Medical Center in 2018 bringing extensive expertise to the hospital. She started her career as a unit clerk during nursing school, was a L&D nurse for 15 years and has worked in quality risk management. Progressive leadership experience started as charge nurse, clinical coordinator and quality risk management director.
Hollie holds a BSN from Auburn University and an MSN from Sacred Heart University. She is certified in Inpatient Obstetrics, Electronic Fetal Monitoring and has obtained her CPPS certificate (Certified Professional in Patient Safety).

Bonnie Stephens, MD
Medical Staff President
Dr. Bonnie Stephens is the Medical Staff President and the Medical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Community Children’s. She is a practicing Neonatologist and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician, Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. She is also the Medical Director of the Child Development Center in Missoula and the Mother’s Milk Bank of Montana as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Dr. Stephens earned her medical doctorate from Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago, Illinois, completed her residency at Children's Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois and completed her fellowships in Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine & Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics at Women and Infants' Hospital, Rhode Island Hospital.
